Limit size of each school to 1,200-1,500 children to ensure quality of care
Scale the model to other states over the next few years
Use technology extensively to link schools to each other and to other premier social institutions to maximize the transfer of knowledge
Offer services to the local community and seek to include the under privileged sections of society through annual scholarships
